I'm looking at a lavender(!) GB bar-end plug, with the following markings:

GB (at the 12:00 position) PARIS (6:00, just below the expansion screw hole) Bte SGDG . No 121 (along bottom radius of plug)

I'll post a photo on wooljersey if anyone cares to see it for themselves. I don't know what those markings indicate, even whether the "GB" is the same Gerry Burgess that we anglocyclophiles revere.
