That curved fork dates the Colnago to pre-1990, not 1996 as suggested by the seller.

I have a mid 80s entry level Colnago, and I have to tell you, it's not exceptional. Kinda gaspipey.

Colnago Spiral Conics dating from the same era can be found for similar money. IMCO, with Columbus Spiral Conic tubing, they *are* exceptional bikes.

I've owned one for a number of years, shoulda bought another one that just popped up on ebay in my size, for relatively short money, as a spare!
