Fed Ex has raised prices, but still, that sounds a bit high. Two things to check.
1. Fed Ex facilities and Kinko's charge less than other drop locations.
2. The girth might have been measured incorrectly.
I hope it's one of these two things. I'd hate to think it costs almost double what it did last fall to ship a frame.
