This dropout is very common on lesser quality
Bianchis in the later 80s and 90s (does this make the whole discussion
of this bike OFF TOPIC?)
I have seen PUCH/Bianchis and remember Velosport actually
had them repainted back to Bianchis as they were available on sale.(as
closeouts?)
Non Campagnolo dropouts are the first sign of a non Reparto
bike. This treatment is about the same as crimped ends we see on so many
of the cheaper bikes.
