This exact clip is shown in a blue-covered Campagnolo Catalog (no number and undated) from Olympic Resources Inc. Address is (was?) 1000 West Loop North, Houston, Texas 77055 See page 47. The part number is 628 and the official description reads: "Front Changer Clip."

Just listed the following NOS 1950s-60s Campagnolo items on eBay that in my opinion qualify as somewhat rare (single downtube cable stop for BARCON use, single bottom bracket single cable "noodle" guide, and downtube shifter clamp wedge):

Honestly don't know how the shifter clamp wedge is used, unless intended for smaller-diameter frame tubing???
