No. If you want indexed shifting, you'll have to get the whole thing (shifters, derailleur, freewheel) to make it work worth a darn.

IMHO, the best way to improve the shifting of a Campy Nuovo/Super Record derailleur is to use it with Simplex Retrofriction shifters.
