done by some one previously not seen any Campy calalog or hardly anyone with such curved pre-1976 sets. To make a set straight vintage looks, I carefully presses with prent y of rubber (scrap inner tube etc,) I bent one set back to STRAIGHT, firrst I was afraid it might start cracking CHROME plating, but to my surprise nothing happend, no cracking or wrinckle.

Later, I encounter "CURVED-BENT" set, but this time, I remember they were much much deper curve, I was afraid and did not have my interest to straighten, so I sold them wirh a wheel set.

BTW, speaking of vintage Cmapy skewer, have you seen "A TRANSITIOANL SET" I named. It has straight print CAMPAGNOLO on dotted texture, but it ends 3/4 way, and

smooth finish toward cam housing as post 76 set, and DOES HAVE "OPEN" and "CLOSED" , and the set is nicely "CURVED". I have one set, and have showed to John Barron , one of US famous Campy authority/collector!

Have a great day!
