I cannot let this announcement pass without making comments...

A number of years ago, Ken Toda, as a friend and in his role as a volunteer on the informal Cirque du Cyclisme committee, offered his services to set up a photo studio at the event, and to take professional grade photographs of attendees collectible bicycles.

In pursuit of this wonderful addition to the Cirque proceedings, Ken schlepped a ton of lights and photo equipment to the rec center, recruited his son and/or hired an assistant, and then spent the entire Sunday of the Cirque weekend, taking pictures of all of our bikes!

I was charged with making a sign for the "Vintage Bicycle Studio" and was astounded at the price he was charging! Here is a guy who is a highly respected professional here in a furniture and textile market, basically giving away his skill and time!? Remember that Ken is a bike enthusiast himself so while taking these pictures, he was also missing the big day of the Cirque...

So, now Ken will pack it all up, drive 7 hours and set up his Studio again, and provide this service to Cirque attendees...And again for an unbelievably low cost to attendees. ? Astounding!

Ken, you are a true friend of us all! Thanks so much!

Dale
