Subject: [CR]WTB=ALAN Aluminum Fork plus T-Town Swap Report

First off, great seeing and talking to the CR list members who attended last Saturday's T-Town swap meet!!! Finally nice to meet another PA member Tom Dalton who I have communicated with via e-mail on numerous occasions.

As for the "quality" of the swap, it wasn't as good as previous meets, but I am very happy with the several items I purchased, including an ALAN CARBONIO Team issue Fanini frame. Unfortunately it is missing its original aluminum fork,,,,,so I am looking to purchase an ALAN fork with a 195mm or close to it steerer tube length. Please contact me offlist if you can help. Here's a link to an identical ALAN Carbonio found on the Wool Jersey site to illustrate the style fork I need:

As for other purchases,,,,,a pair of NOS Nisi Sludi 290 rims, a NOS Clement Criterium tubular, Turbo saddle, Cinelli 1A stem, and some Dura Ace brake levers from Tom Dalton, Another interesting non-bike find was a pair of antique Old Town cane seated wood seats!!!

Once again, great to see all the CR list members, and look forward to seeing more at the upcoming CIrque!

Regards, Kevin Kruger - Grantville, PA
