WTB (or borrow) a Bianchi "Celeste" Silca frame pump (any size/condition ok) to use a a color sample (for some toestraps I am going to make in that color).
I used to keep a Silca pump on hand as my "permanent reference" to the Italian Bianchi Celeste color but I seem to have lost it when I closed my Mountain View fab shop.
What I liked about using the Silca pump as a color reference was that the color was mixed in the extruded plastic barrel of the pump and not just a paint on the surface. The color was "right" (and also matched the several "Specialissima's I owned).
I'm sure everyone knows the color I am asking about: "Celeste" = light teal plus enough black to look a bit dirty.
Anyone???
