You can purchase actual Campagnolo lock rings. EAI and Miche also make lock rings in this size. Obviously you already know about Phil Wood's version:
      http://www.businesscycles.com/trpart.htm#lockring I have used all of them without problem, but not necessarily on the same hubs. For sure, I have used both Campagnolo and Miche on my Campagnolo hub without any problems. For sure, I have used Phil Wood and EAI on my Phil hub without any problems. I _think_ I tried test fitting other combinations, but I wouldn't bet my life on it.
