Greetings list, I rescued this Colnago Super a couple of years ago from a friend who was using it as a commuter. I built him one of my bombproof Japanese-frame commuter bikes, and got this frame for my labor. It is about 6 sizes too tall for me, and I've been keeping it around waiting for the right person or inspiration to come along to know what to do with it.

No more waiting, must sell. $225 shipped to the lower 48 states--I don't really want to ship internationally. This frame is structurally sound, no dents, but NUMEROUS scratches and scrapes in the paint all over the bike. decals are in lousy too. Some very minor surface rust, but nothing deep, this is a very good candidate for restoration. Chrome fork has pretty bad pitting along the front of both blades though. Comes with super smooth Record headset and Campy seat binder bolt.

Black with yellow details. Sounds like a brazing tack is rattling around inside one of the tubes.

I offer to the list first instead of Ebay as I want this to go to someone who I know will eventually do a proper restoration and build (ie--don't let this be your beater fixed gear for long, if at all). I think the price is low enough to reflect the fact the frame needs lots of work but is still, well, a Colnago Super, but in a tall size. I welcome feedback on the price though.

I will email photos on request. I can't seem to figure out a suitable web-hosting arrangement (what services do others on this list use?).

Thanks, Caleb Hawley
