[CR]RE: 102 bcd, not 100. Plus some OT panniers (not mine)

Thanks to helpful listers, I double-checked and what I thought were 100mm B CD rings are actually 102mm BCD. My craigslist posting (and my homemade CAD template) is updated to reflect this. See:
