i have the dark brown sidewall sprinters on two of my bikes. i find them to be more supple than the all black ones. another conti tire that is supposed to be really supple (even moreso than a vittoria evo corsa) is the conti steher, which you can also find at worldclasscycles. they have no puncture protection though fwiw.
