all the talk a couple of weeks ago about early Allez bikes got me looking and I ran across this

Was this one built by 3Rensho? It has the chrome plated drop-outs. I can't tell about the fork offset. And the Specialized/Allez decals seem reversed. However, my gut tells me someone got a good deal.
