I have relatively few sales on Ebay but I always have waited to give feedback. I do this in case there is a problem with the item or its delivery. The transaction is only complete when the buyer has it in their hands and is happy. What's wrong with waiting till then to leave feedback?
On the other front, I also dislike the new feedback policy as it only benefits the unscrupulous buyer and will enable them to practice their ways stealthily (if that is a word).
