That seems about right from my limited experience (only a couple of dozen purchases). I've only had one item not arrive. Since I've had some items take as long as 2 months (from across the pond), I didn't contact the seller until I'd almost given up. He said he'd check the tracking, but I never heard back from him. In any case, it was well after a month had passed, so I had no recourse with PayPal. Fortunately, it was only a $16 item, so I'm writing it off to experience and won't be buying anything from France until I've checked out the seller on through this list. Stuff I've bought from the U.S., U.K, Italy and Canada always arrived (sooner or later). The U.S. being just across the border, you would think I'd get the goods within a week, but that's not always the case. However, I suspect the problem might be seller procrastination more than th epostal service and the border bandits. It's too bad PayPal has a one month cutoff period for disputes and eBay now doesn't maintain records of anything over a couple of months. The bigger and richer they get, the less service you get.
