According to a picture of a handwritten sheet I have, that somebody sent me a few years ago. Serial numbers starting with E indicate 1925.
I have also been told that there are some deviations from the rules as indicated on the sheet.
IIRC there are a couple of CR members with pre-WWII CCM track bikes.
