Subject: [CR]Framebuilder's article in BICYCLING July,2008

Dear CR List Members, The new July,2008 "BICYCLING" magazine, here in the U.S.A. has a ten page, "photo journalism" article with some "personality photos" of six, American (K.O.F.) framebuilders including "our own" Richard Sachs and other frame builders who have been at past CIRQUE'S or the N.A.H.B.S. venue. The article is big on full page color photos of the various frame builders at work in their shops. There is a total of roughly two full pages of text and eight full page, color photos of the framebuilders at work or contemplating the "perfect bicycle". Or check out Richard Sach's new DVD "IMPERFECTION IS PERFECTION".......available from eRichie, check out his website at: http://www.richardsachs.com/ I saw Richard wearing a "SWEET PEA" t-shirt in some of the 2008 CIRQUE PHOTOS that Bob Hovey just posted of the event. GREAT PHOTOS BOB......It was great seeing all those classic bicycles for those of us who could not attend the 2008 CIRQUE,in the photos Bob and others have posted! Thanks guys! It turns out that "Sweetpea Bicycles",is a brand made by Natalie Ramsland ( sweetpeabicycles.com ) of Portland,Oregeon. The article is heavily slanted towards the framebuilders of the Pacific Northwest,in particular,Portland,Oregeon featuring four framebuilder's of the six total from Portland. Some good photos, always show a lot.Hats off to the KEEPER'S OF THE FLAME (K.O.F.) Yours truly, Marty Walsh in Vienna,Virginia,UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
