The seller must be overjoyed! It does seem suspiciously high, though. I think those came with Colnago branded ITM bar tape in the nineties....

Never ordered from them but they've got all kinds of intriguing bar end plugs, for slightly above reasonable prices, which - in light of the auction you highlighted- are now dirt cheap!
