Dear Ray, I read your post with interest, this sounds like a realy great service you provide, and as it's free I think you must be a real swell guy. It just so happens that I have a load of extremely valuable bikes which need assessing , but the problem is that I don't have the funds to ship them to you, so ma ybe you could paypal me 200 000 bucks advance for the shipping and then I'd send you some material. Best Nick March

"The only sure way to determine if it should be conserved or restored is to send it to me for an extended period of time so I can study and make a determination on which would be more acceptable. I am willing to provide this service free of charge but would need to hold it for no less than 5 years or so to be completely sure.
