I am looking for a 23" Schwinn Paramount frame and fork which I can use to rebuild my 1966 P-13. I have not used this bike since 1967 as I found it too large with its purchased 24" frame. Consequently, it has been wrap ped and sitting in my basement since my arrival to MA from Wisconsin in 1967. My frame is in very good condition, free of rust, dents, knicks, e tc., and the chrome is excellent.
My preference would be to swap, if possible, your 23" frame and fork for my 24" pair. However, I realize that this may not be doable, hence I woul d be prepared to purchase them if your terms are reasonable. I would pr efer a frame and fork which are also free of rust, dents, and other d amage, and I would like good chrome on the frame & fork. The condition of t he paint and decals is unimportant.
