Hopefully no typos...

100mm Front r=67mm c=34mm 126mm Rear r=67mm cleft=36mm cright=21mm

27 x 1 1/4 36 Hole R=620mm

Front = 295.64 @ 296.00mm Rear Left = 295.87 @ 296.00mm Rear Right = 294.43 @ 294.00mm

27 x 1 1/4 32 Hole R=620mm

Front = 299.72 @ 300.00mm Rear Left = 299.95 @ 300.00mm Rear Right = 298.52 @ 298.50mm or 298.00mm

700c 36 Hole R=614mm

Front = 292.67mm @ 293.00mm Rear Left = 292.91mm @ 293.00mm Rear Right = 291.45mm @ 291.00mm

700c 32 Hole R=614mm

Front = 296.75mm @ 297.00mm Rear Left = 296.99 @ 297.00mm Rear Right = 295.55mm @ 295.50mm or 295.00mm

Notes:

Use nipples that allow threading to the top. Really shouldn't have to subtract an extra .5mm for 15g since holes in these old campy large flange hubs were typically pretty tight. Rim diameters from Sutherlands, hub specs from DT.
