Bob, et.al., its gotten much better. Tufo rim tape is as good as glue, at least on Tufo tires. I think if there is a problem on other brands of tires is is that the tire rim strip comes off. The only problem I have had with tufo rim tape is that is too good. Hard to remove a tire and hard to get the remains off the tape off a still good tubular. Edward Albert Chappaqua, New York, U.S.A.

years ago I have strong feelings about rim tape (but maybe its gotten
better since Jantex made it)
