This is early 70's, maybe 1973. Looks exactly like my 1973 F-70, except for the Campy DO's. The F-70 was the PX-10 equivalent. The top Campy-equipped model was the Champion du Monde, so I guess that is what this is, except usually the Champion du Monde had painted ends, whereas the top French-equipped model had the half-chromed forks and stays. An exception to every rule, I guess.

Hi everyone! I have a LeJeune that I'd love some info on. It has campy tips/droupouts, half chromed fork and stays, full nuovo record (1972 or 1973) and simple point lugs. Here are some pics http://www.flickr.com/photos/johnopower/2653394556/ I guess what I'm after in particular is an idea about who made it (Marcel or other?) and if it is a specific model name. I cant really say why this is important, I just htink its a cool bike and would like to know about it more :)

Any help at all will be appreciated! JP _________________________________________________________________ Reveal your inner athlete and share it with friends on Windows Live. http://revealyourinnerathlete.windowslive.com?locale=en-us&ocid=TXT_TAG LM_WLYIA_whichathlete_us
