You cant chrome aluminum or aluminum alloy, it is just polished and ICS was not necessarily the firm (or Person) that did the work.  BT

Looks like a typical Super Record to me, except it has been reworked by ICS . They removed the anodizing from Campy parts, and either highyly polished or actually chromed them. I don't know which it was, as my ICS stuff is limited to a couple of chainwheels, so I've never seen the other stuff "in the flesh". Chroming alloy components seems a bit silly to me, but I know this was occasionally done.

The link shows the chromed rear brake calipers on an ICS Magni. I am curiou s whether these calipers are Super Record or another variant of Campagnolo gr oup. Any information would be appreciated by George
