I'm not sure of a "chromed parts" Masi, but I can vouch for a Medici that used to belong to me:

This bike has been discussed here on the list before. There was also a FULLY chromed road bike and a track bike to match this touring bike in 1979 at the Medici display at the New York Bicycle Show which took place at the Coliseum at Columbus Circle. Remember sneaking in?
