This is a scam. I took the photos and wrote the copy you see in the ad. It was lifted straight from eBay.

I also packed and shipped the bicycle to the buyer, who does NOT live anywhere near the San Francisco area. A tracking number check shows it in transit.

If it actually is in SF, it must have gotten "diverted."
