There are exceptions to every rule, but generally yes.
Most retainers are 9 ball but I get 11 ball retainers from one of my
wholesale suppliers. The convenience of a retainer but the
durability of loose balls.

I could sell you some but S&H from the US to Israel would be prohibitive. There must be a closer source.
