He doesn't show a closeup of the brake shoes. I just discovered when recently rebuilding the 1973 Schwinn Sports Tourer that the Schwinn Approved CP's in the early 70's, be they Weinmann or DiaCompe, had an extra bracket with the brake shoes that prevented the pads pulling out even if one was careless enough to install the brake shoes backwards in the calipers. I think this was unique to Schwinn. Can't tell if this pair has those shoes.

(No connection to seller. I just remember how hard it was to find the 2 sets of long-reach Weinmann calipers I needed to convert two UO-18 mixtes from 27" steel Rigida rims to 700Cs.)
