Raleigh UK has some http://raleigh.co.uk/p_details.aspx?id=129 and I know a bike shop in Chicago that also stocked these at one time, http://www.boulevardbikeshop.com, but does this do you any good in Israel ...

They are Chin Sheng (or somerthing similar), nothing special but servicable. They are black, despite the picture of a gumwall on Raleigh's site - he specs note the black (only) colour.
