The Long Island contingent of the BVVW will be hosting a vintage ride on Saturday October 18th leaving from our house in Huntington. We'll have a post ride BBQ and hopefully have some fun hanging out.
The area has some very nice scenic routes with some hills and Jamie Swan and I will plan a couple of options. Let's hope for nice fall, wool jersey friendly weather.
More details will come later but we will plan to start out on the ride at 10:30. A LIRR train gets into Huntington at 9:44 and the station is just over 2 miles away.
