Windsor Pro was Italian threading, at least in the early 70's.

My raysport has a full sloping cinelli style crown. I wonder, are the windsor BB's english? The raysport is english, also raysport has a blocked
"R" cut in the BB. My raysport has no chrome lugs, don't know if that is typical.
