I haven't outed any items appearing on ebay for quite some time now, but this frame in particular deserves to be in a CR listmembers' garage.
It is a Marastoni frame made by Licinio Marastoni.
Marastoni is now in his 80's and retired, but he built frames for well over 50 years. He built bikes for many top name builders, apparently including Masi (this is what Marastoni told me). The frame measures according ot the seller 48 cm C/C with a 50 cm C/C top tube.
I do not know the seller, but do have three Marastoni bikes myself, including a completely original one from 1953. I believe the frame being sold is from about 1970. It has internal rear brake cable. The seller has not cleaned the frame but it would appear to be in good overall shape and even the chrome appears good (the seller states that it is in good shape).
