Subject: [CR]Silly question for the day campagnolo rear track hub

Hi all, does anyone out there know, or has tried to, convert a road hub into a track hub, in other words, machined a LH thread for the locknut onto the hub? I don't have one at hand to compare, just a thought while I was sitting at my computer looking at some pix. Yes I know there are a few issues, such as chain to spoke clearance, offset, spacing etc, but with a little machining etc these issues can be overcome, well in my head they canbe. I was only considering large flange here, maybe I'll try and find a large flange road hub in my garage in the weekend and compare it to a track hub, cripes theres enough of them either loose or on a wheel down there, looking forward to some replies.......wayne davidson invers NZ.........
