S.G.D.G  is Sans Guarantee Du Government, literally "Without Government G uarantee".  Never quite understood that, maybe it meant the governmant wa s granting a patent, but did not guarantee the the quality of the product.   That would seem pretty obvious in English speaking countries, but maybe in France there was some expectation that the government would guarantee p roducts in some way.  Anyway, this is just another indication the plugs a re French made.  I suppose they could have been made in France for Gary B urgess, but that seems a bit odd.  And as I said earlier, Gilles Berthoud is too young to be that GB and isn't located in Paris anyway.

I think S.G.D.G is something like a French Patent Office that seems to release the government from liability as well. Not sure.

The N121 I think is a size... So, who made the GB plugs???
