I saw that flick last year. It's excellent!
There is another one filmed in San Francisco featuring messengers and tr ick riders. It's called "MASH". Think NYC, but with lots of major hills. The footage was taken from the back of a small scooter and a skateboard ! They follow riders between cars and buses and such. It's really thrill ing to watch; somewhat like the film of the the Ferrari driver in Paris in the film "Rendezvous".
One of the riders featured in the film MASH is Richie Ditta who was a me ssenger in SF at the time. He's now one of the framebuilders who has spa ce in our framebuilders co-op here in San Diego. Not sure where the DVD is available, maybe Amazon.com or something. I got my copy from Richie.

A one hour documentary that's a bit more (well OK, a LOT more) hard Core
than most; not for the faint hearted and easily offended. This is the world of NYC Bike Messengers and Alley Cat Racing and some of the toughe st riding and extreme bike handling (and language) you are likely to encoun ter. I thought it was great fun. You might like it too, if the sight of fun ky bikes with funky riders who push to the limits (and beyond a bit) of the law and common sense doesn't offend.
Red Light Go is a really different kind of bike film. Recommended!
I got my DVD from Netflix.available from Amazon, too. Used copies the re from $12.
