I have never seen a Huret for braze-on mounting. Herse and Singer often brazed on their own setup. They removed the front half of the clamp, and then brazed a piece on the frame that took the hinge, and an eyelet that took the bolt on the other side.

In any case, Campy-style braze-on front derailleurs became popular only after the best days of Huret were over.
