Mauricio Rebolledo came to the Davis Bike Club in July and gave a power point presentation of his building process. He builds in the very traditional Italian style of pinning his tubes and he stated that he uses hand files and hand tools almost exclusively in his frame building process. One of our members has a bike built by him, and he brought a track bike and a touring bike to display. Very nice work.
