Bob,

Not sure if you are saying that Windsors were made my Cinelli; but they were not. The LOOK sorta like Cinellis, but were in fact made in Mexico.

Brian Baylis La Mesa, CA Just back from Interbike, and REALLY glad to be the hell out of Las Vega s.

Most of these bikes were built in the 80s when

Cinelli was having a difficult time. I have yet to see one which was a

rebadged SC but most seem to be those odd models built probably by

subcontractors in that period. Centurion in particular seems to have

sourced from Cinelli as well as Windsor. Using Columbus tubing as a key to European

manufacturer does not work as the Japanese were using both Reynolds and

Columbus. Lotus in particular had some very interesting bikes during the

late 70s and all during the 80s but I believe these were all Japanese bu ilt.

Bob Freitas another fine day in MILL VALLEY, CA USA

PS Dave Martinez has a Generati which does look to be

a rebadged SC but I recall the fork was not a sloped crown SC fork
