I could be way off and don't claim to really know,, But based on the pictures of the old Bianchi I would say the frame it is almost identical to the 1936 Guesseppi Olmo (hour record I believe)Commerativo bike I had quite a few years back.

Decals are the same, although mine also had the Olmo decal near the bottom head lug, Maurice B. now owns the bike, maybe he can chime in here?

Mine had the oiler, and the little filler for the oiler below the top tube just like this bike.

Chuck S. has a year or so newer Bianchi I believe and they did away with the filler, instead you poured the chain oil right into the seat tube opening when post was removed, much easier!

I was instructed by all of the Bianchi experts to take the bottom bracket out of the frame and look for date stamps and sure enough they were there 1936. I believe one of the head set parts also had 36 stamped into it.

Maybe this helps a little?
