Emanuel - If it doesn't violate principles about mixing Italian and French, I believe that I found several years ago that Mafac brake lever clamps could be substituted for Campy ones. Probably in the archives, and might be worth checking as a short-term workaround, if nothing else. If, of course, you have spare Mafacs available...
