I am seeking any information available on two track frames I purchased in the last year: possible year of manufacture, what a period-correct setup might be, and in the case of the stripped frame, what decals and paint colors would be appropriate.
Of course I have my own ideas but I'm curious what some people who are more knowledgeable than myself think, as all is often not what it seems. ;)

The first is definitely a Carlton Flyer, pretty much original save for an oddly-placed decal on the seat tube; the second was purchased from Hilary Stone, who thought the unusual 'CC' serial number to designate a team bike.
