What would be a reasonable offer for an original Tour of Britain bike that has seen better days. I know this is an off the wall question, but I loo ked at it a couple of days ago and he would have let it go for less than it s on Craigslist for $1250. The seller is articulate and does a good job of promoting his bike. Did I miss it or will it be there waiting for me?
