Hi CR folks, Some excellent Bicycle Show events coming up the next two weekends in lovely Colorado. Come look at cool stuff - and we'll have a "naked" fresh from the shop Rene Herse frame for those into that kind of thing. This coming weekend, on Saturday October 25 is VeloSwap. Can't guarantee vintage content, but Rene Herse Bicycles / Boulder Bicycles will be there with cool stuff to look at and I'm sure at least some vintage stuff. Veloswap is quite a happening - just fun to look around at the scene if nothing else. If you're into bike history, the author of BICYCLE, David Herlihy, will be hanging around our tables. I think if you go to http://www.veloswap.com that will get you the info on VeloSwap. Then the following weekend, Saturday Nov 1, and Sunday Nov 2, is the Rocky Mountain Bicycle Show. This event will feature handbuilt and other top-tier bicycles and their builders, and some other nifty high-end bicycle stuff as well. This show is in Boulder CO on the CU campus. Boulder this time of year is really nice - a great excuse to come visit. The website for this show is http://www.RockyMountainBicycleShow.com With the preperations for veloswap, and since we're taking a bunch of stuff there, the Rene Herse Bicycles on-line store http://www.renehersebicycles.com will be closed from mid-day tommorow until we unpack from the show on late monday or tuesday of next week. Thanks so much! Mike Kone in Boulder CO USA
