Close, but according to detailed list discussions, the presence of the club/clover/flower on the inside fork stiffeners, shows it to be later than 1973. I think c.1975 is about correct. Earlier ones had circles in the stiffeners, like this one, said to be from 1973:

It looks like a 73 in all the details and decals except for the down tube decal with the club in the C, I think that came later. Some bikes have thi s transistional elements which has made precise dating (difficult). Yes, the original fork was as pictured. There was a detailed list on this of the changes that occurred in Colnago Supers through the years.
