The Cambio Corsa and paris-Roubaix axles are not theaded on the drive side. The RH cones and locknuts must be removed from the LH side. Not a big problem as the centre of the axle between the threads is small enough to clear the inside of the cone/nut once it has been screwed off the RH thread. Mike Barry.
