I have a Campagnolo Record high flange rear hub, with few miles, but stripped FW threads. I just bought a similar hub with a good body but shot bearing races.
A smart person would have asked this question before buying the second hub, but here goes; Is there any reason I can't remove the races from both hubs and press the good races into the good shell?
I would appreciate any useful tips to make this go smoothly. I figured I'd make a tool with 4 springy prongs, similar to a headset cup removing tool, to remove them.
