Subject: [CR]Help with loose botton fork cup

Greetings,

Does anyone have a fix for my Zeus? The bottom cup is not a press fit. I tried 4 headset brands with the best being a Tange Levin. When I released the park headset press the bottom cup fell back out. With the cup installed the fork does not seem to have any discernable play when I try to rock the fork back and forth so I think it is close.

This is a bike that I saved from the recycle bin. It was a victim of a sweaty roller rider. So when I got it there was missing the headset, fork, wheel, front brake as well as the stuff on the stem and handlebars.

It was not noticed before it was painted, I just got it back (very pretty) and want to assemble. ARRRGGG!!!!!

Please help!
