This looks like a fun project bike ("DBS Super Sport") with titan stem and seatpost and MAES bars (they say V. STEENBERGEN S. MAES). Nervex lugs and fork crown, too. And it's pinstriped everywhere!

Based on the reynolds 531-throughout decal, I'm guessing the frame was made in the 1968-73 era, or more precisely, the 1968-70 era based on the weinmann centerpull straddle carriers. On the other hand I am thinking that maybe the person bought a frameset to upgrade an existing low-end bike, because the parts just seem too humble for a reynolds 531 frameset (huret allvit, stronglight steel, normandy sport hubs w/wingnuts, atom 440 pedals.)

The price includes a ton of extras, - a pletscher rack, super-geek speedometer, headlight with front wheel-driven generator, and some kind of a funkey rear kickstand that attaches to the left rear chainstay, plus top-tube pump mounts. You even get brake-lever extensions in order to compete with nearby schwinn varsities !!! And oh yeah, fully reflectorized !!

Definitely it would be fun to lube and adjust this bike perfectly and then show up to a vintage ride on this 'grunge' machine, then pull away from the pack like a jet engine and leave everyone in the dust ... *grin* ...
